How do I enter an event?
Every Total Sport event has a dedicated website with information, photos, and registrations links. To sign up to the event of your choice, follow the links from the Total Sport listing to the event site of your choosing and click “Enter Now.” Then just follow the prompts and you’re away!
Can I enter the event on the day?
Yes! We have registration tables set up at the race start an hour before the race begins.
That said, quite a few of our events fill up fast and no openings are available on race day, so it’s always best to enter in advance.
How old do I need to be to enter an event?
This varies from event to event – but all minors under the age of 18 require parental permission to enter any event.
Our events are family-friendly and offer distances to suit every age – often including a ‘trail tiger’ or similar event for the tiniest of tots! Check out the website for the event you’re interested in for more detail.
How do I transfer an event entry?
Transfers from one person to another within the event will be possible with an administration fee of $15. Please email Susan if you wish to transfer your entry with following details about the person:
- First name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Emergency contact person and their contact number
- Any medical condition or medication that may affect you on the day of the event
- Confirm the new person is doing the distance option of the person who registered: If not, please specify.
How do I get a copy of my event photos?
Visit our photography partner’s site Photos4Sale and search by event or bib number. You’ll be given the option to purchase any photos you like.
